An Excellent Teacher is the Foundation of a Successful School
Many countries are seeking high-quality EFL/ESL teachers. How does a school recruit and hire these quality teachers long distance…with confidence and professionally…without the high cost of face-to-face interviews or careful checking of background ?
WHY RECRUIT TEACHERS THROUGH EPI?

He has been the Director of English Language Programs at the University of California, California State University, University of Colorado-Denver, and the Aeronautical Training Center in Saudi Arabia, as well as the Director of American educational programs in Beijing, Moscow, Kathmandu and UlaanBaatar. NETWORKING: EPI recruits to a world-wide pool of teachers via websites, print media and professional organizations.
QUALITY: Every applicant is carefully evaluated for education, training, experience, professionalism and interest in the position.
CONVENIENCE: EPI handles the entire recruiting process, screening out applicants who do not meet the requirements and selecting the most qualified candidates to be presented to the school. All the school does is make an offer to the best candidates.
EFFICIENCY: All recruiting activities take place in the U.S.: telephoning, faxing, emailing, interviewing, mailing.
STANDARDS: EPI recruits only trained, experienced and enthusiastic teachers who are eager to teach abroad and experience the excitement and richness of living in another culture. Recruiting through EPI is a commitment to high standards.
VALUE: Hiring poor teachers can be very costly to the school’s reputation and the education of the children. By recruiting through EPI, a school is committing to the highest standards in hiring, preventing costly mistakes later on in terms of having to replace teachers who were not carefully screened. It is also good business: well-educated, skilled teachers from America or Canada will show parents and students that the school is international-minded, progressive and dedicated to high quality in language learning.
EPI is a member of TESOL and NAFSA, international professional organizations dedicated to the highest teaching standards.
